Martina House Hotel - Rome

Good place with amenities like wi-fi, air conditioning, and a tv. On my first stay, the staff helped me with plug adaptors, great! I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a trip.

Totally recommend this hotel, liked our stay here. Thanks for the real good stay in February. The location is magnificent with a free parking onsite. The place is 10 mins walk to downtown. The staff is helpful, and the host too...

The location of the hotel was great, in the heart of Rome. It was placed close to a bus stop. The staff were very-very nice and had a sense of humour. The breakfast was amazing and excellent and served in the main building.

We had a really good stay, the hotel was romantic, spotlessly clean, with perfect location to Rome's historical tourist attractions. The room was kept in the original decoration and available with double bed. The room had a minibar, climate control and an LCD TV plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location : the property was not far from the Metro and the park, major sights and the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.

The shower height in the double room poses a slipping risk while exiting. The noisy plumbing system disrupts the peace, especially during toilet use or showering.

The location is surprisingly nice, but charging me 35€ for a late arrival is ridiculous, especially when I almost had to wrestle with a broken lamp. A complimentary breakfast would have been good, yet I had to settle for coffee and a croissant across the street. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Loved the charming heritage building and the excellent location near Villa Borghese. The room got quite hot without adequate cooling.

Staying at martina house bed & breakfast was an absolute delight! It was great with its perfect location for exploring rome by foot. Thenice and neat double room and the thoughtful communication from the host.

The charming accommodations featured a beautifully remodeled bathroom with plentiful hot water and good complimentary snacks, wine, and coffee. Really good hospitality was evident as our host went out of their way to surprise us on our second night with champagne. While the location was conveniently close to numerous attractions, noisy plumbing detracted from the overall comfort, particularly during showers. The bed's unexpected movement during the night was a bit disconcerting but didn't overshadow the warm experience at the guesthouse.

We loved our stay! The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was simple but satisfying, and our room was charmingly antique. Just wish the plumbing was a bit quieter.

Loved the charming heritage building and how cozy our room was. Every day was a delight with the welcome snacks and Prosecco! Perfect location, just a hop away from the sights.

But seriously, my bed tried to make a run for it a couple of times! I just can't have a rebellious bed in my life.

This place has a fantastic location in a residential area, making it easy to get to most attractions and a nearby bakery. The unit is well-designed and spacious, featuring a sofa and a double bed, along with some unique decorations. 🏡.
